Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA)
Real-time hazard assessments ensure every action is intentional and well-informed.
Ongoing Training & Certifications
Our teams regularly update their OSHA, MSHA, CPR/First Aid, equipment operation, rigging, and other key job knowledge and licenses so that they are ready to safely navigate challenging field conditions.
Accident/Incident/Near Miss Reporting
We measure our performance with hard data; tracking metrics like EMR, incident rates, and near-misses. We follow up with real corrective actions.
