His background spans large-scale open pit operations, where he has supported and managed fleets that include draglines, electric shovels, blasthole drills, dozers, graders, loaders, and haul trucks.

Across his career, Justin has advanced from hands-on technician roles into leadership positions responsible for maintenance planning, crew management, budgeting, field repairs, rebuild coordination, and equipment availability strategies. His approach emphasizes safe work practices, precise execution, and cost-effective solutions that extend the life of critical mining assets.

Justin has led teams through major shutdowns, complex structural repairs, and high-priority component changeouts. He is recognized for improving maintenance performance, reducing downtime, and delivering reliable results in demanding mining environments.
