Josh brings over 25 years of progressively enhanced experience, showcasing a deepening skill set, extensive knowledge, and increased responsibility throughout his career in the electrical industry, transitioning from hands-on roles as an apprentice and journeyman to superintendent and, ultimately, his last 18 years as an Operations Project Manager. Josh’s expertise is comprised of safely and successfully managing industrial utility projects across the mining, aluminum, and power sectors, with comprehensive experience in low-, medium-, and high-voltage three-phase systems. Josh has demonstrated success in Ethanol, Power, and Chemical facilities. Josh is committed to upholding the highest safety, quality, and performance standards. Josh provides dedicated leadership and mentorship to foster personal and team growth. Josh has a proven history of successfully engaging the workforce and nurturing strong customer relationships, which significantly enhances his skills in project evaluation, execution, and management.
