German Valles Robles brings more than 26 years of experience in heavy industrial civil and concrete construction across mining, manufacturing, energy, and industrial processing facilities. His background includes industrial foundations, structural concrete systems, heavy earthwork, underground utilities, drainage, and site development supporting complex plant construction and expansion projects.

Throughout his career, German has progressed through craft, foreman, superintendent, and project leadership roles, giving him extensive hands-on knowledge of both field execution and project management. He has managed large field teams across active industrial plants, outage work, brownfield construction, and greenfield projects while coordinating civil scopes with structural, mechanical, and electrical installation activities.

German works closely with operations leadership, engineering teams, subcontractors, and field supervision to maintain safety, schedule, quality, and efficient project execution. His experience managing multiple crews, heavy equipment operations, construction sequencing, and concurrent work fronts allows him to support demanding industrial projects from site preparation through civil scope completion.
