Eric Nockroes is a structural steel fabrication professional with more than 14 years of experience supporting heavy industrial and aerospace manufacturing projects. His background combines estimating, project management, and shop operations, allowing him to support projects from initial drawing review and cost development through fabrication, production, shipment, and final delivery.
Throughout his career, Eric has developed and managed fabrication estimates, material and labor quantity takeoffs, RFIs, change orders, production schedules, procurement activities, and project documentation. He works closely with clients, project teams, and shop personnel to maintain clear communication between estimating, project management, and field or production operations.
Eric’s experience also includes structural steel fabrication and erection support, shop supervision, and production planning. His hands-on background allows him to understand both the financial and operational sides of a project while maintaining focus on schedule, quality, coordination, and successful project delivery.
