Justin Morris is a proven leader with more than 23 years of experience in mining maintenance, heavy equipment reliability, and outage execution. His background spans large-scale open pit operations, where he has supported and managed maintenance, rebuild, relocation, and reliability programs for fleets that include draglines, electric shovels, blasthole drills, dozers, graders, loaders, and haul trucks.

Across his career, Justin has advanced from hands-on technician roles into leadership positions responsible for maintenance planning, workforce management, outage execution, field repairs, rebuild coordination, equipment readiness, and production support. His approach emphasizes safe work practices, precise execution, and cost-effective solutions that improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Justin has led large field teams through major shutdowns, equipment rebuilds and relocations, complex structural and mechanical repairs, and high-priority component changeouts. He is recognized for improving maintenance performance, reducing downtime, and delivering reliable results in demanding mining environments.
