Jeremy Harville is an experienced HSE Director with more than 30 years of experience supporting heavy industrial construction across mining, cement, lime, metals, chemical processing, and energy environments. His background includes more than a decade of dedicated safety leadership focused on developing safety programs, managing regulatory compliance, and supporting safe field execution across complex industrial projects.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has worked closely with operations leadership, project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to integrate safety into project planning and execution. His experience includes safety training, job hazard analysis, field inspections, incident investigation and root cause analysis, subcontractor safety management, regulatory reporting, and risk identification and mitigation.

Jeremy leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide HSE programs while promoting a proactive safety culture across all SCS operating units. His experience extends across active industrial facilities, outage environments, brownfield construction, and major capital projects involving civil work, structural steel, equipment installation, maintenance, mining operations, conveyor systems, and plant expansions.
