Mr. Huebner began his career in the construction industry at the age of 15, working as a helper in a fabrication shop. Through dedication and hard work, he progressed to craftsman, then journeyman, eventually moving into supervisory roles including foreman, coordinator, and superintendent.

He later became a project manager for international mining projects and ultimately took on the role of Mining Division Manager. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing project operations across North America and worldwide. Over a span of six years, he participated in dozens of capital projects.

Clayton then founded Specialized Construction Services, LLC, aiming to build a company focused on strong client relationships, employee well-being, and delivering greater value to the markets his team supports.
